These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the site, as well as the subscription to and execution of services, packages, subscriptions or offers marketed by Medinatouna. Any use of the site or order for services implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
1. Acceptance

7. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Saudi law. In the event of any dispute concerning their interpretation, performance, or validity, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Medina shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable mandatory rules.

Shared Accommodation Rules
1. Respect for the premises and the neighborhood

2. Noise and quiet

- Respect everyone's privacy, schedules and rest needs.
- No harmful, disrespectful or conflict-inducing behavior will be tolerated.
3. Electricity and water management

- Any misuse of water or electricity is prohibited.
4. Cleanliness and maintenance

- Personal belongings must be put away and must not clutter common areas.
5. Prohibitions

6. Responsibilities
- Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence will be at the expense of the person in charge or of the group if the author is not identified.
- In the event of a dispute, the student must meet with the relevant authorities to allow for a quick and appropriate resolution.
7. Attendance and class participation
- Attendance and punctuality at Arabic classes are mandatory for all students.
- Any unjustified absence beyond two (2) sessions will result in the student's exclusion from the courses.
- In the event of the professor's absence or lateness, the class will systematically be made up at a later date set by the administration.
8. Formal prohibition of private contact with teachers
It is strictly forbidden for any student to:
- to request, search, record or transmit the personal details of a teacher: telephone number, address, WhatsApp account, social networks, private email address or any other personal information; ;
- to communicate one's own personal details to a teacher with the aim of establishing contact outside the official framework; ;
- to contact a teacher directly, during or after the training, without going through the Medinatouna administration; ;
- to organize a meeting, a private lesson, a paid service or any other external relationship with a teacher; ;
- to transmit a teacher's personal or professional information to another person.
Any request concerning courses, absences, schedules, exams, academic monitoring or teachers must be addressed to the administration of Medinatouna through official channels.
Only groups and means of communication expressly created, authorized and supervised by the administration may be used.
Any attempt to circumvent these rules, even indirectly or through another person, constitutes a serious violation. Depending on the severity or frequency of the offense, it may result in a warning, immediate suspension, or permanent expulsion from the institution, without prejudice to the financial penalties stipulated in the rules.
This prohibition remains in effect after the completion, cancellation, or interruption of the training. Any direct solicitation from a teacher must be immediately reported to the Medinatouna administration.
In case of repeated non-compliance with the rules, the student may be excluded from Medinatouna accommodation No refund.
